Numb. I'm all numb. I can't be too specific, because I don't know for sure. Don't know what I'm thinking. I don't know what I'm feeling. I'd do anything to get back what I'd lost! I'd start a fight with for the sake of feeling emotion! I'd cry for no reason if I could remember how. Am I moving? I can't tell. I don't feel movement. All of a sudden I wake from my nightmare. Or at least, I think I do. The cold feeling of the metal under me. The cold cloth being held to my nose. I breath in a sharp smell that makes it's way down airway, and rips through my lungs. I scream loud and sharp. But I don't hear a sound. I hear breathing. B

What do I do with the time on my hands? Do I read? Do I write? Do I dare to try and conceal all my thoughts? They fly through the air, too fast for me to keep up with. They fly with the wind. I run and jump as if I were a little girl again. I try and catch my dreams as they float through the clouds. I loose my mind, I loose my soul. I've lost everything I've been looking for. I've lost my memory, I've lost my past. I've lost my ability to feel sad. What do I do with the time on my hands? Do I cry? Do I laugh? Do I hide? Am I shy? What do I do? What?

All around, my world is crashing down. My thoughts, my dreams, my friends, my heart. All my walls are tearing apart. All around, windows flash and they crash. Boards and brinks break and shake. My hopes and dreams that were flying so high, split and shatter when they fall down from the sky. The thread is cut. All is still. I hold the last of it together with all my will. All around, my world is crashing down. Help me hold it together, keep me safe and sound.
